Position Information
I worked as a Software Engineer (intern). I worked for 4 months, from May 2023 - Aug 2023 and worked specifically in the ERP Implementation & Consultancy team. This way, I got to work both in the front-end and back-end of things. The front-end of things was where I took part in consultancy and talking to end-users in demoing the products we made as a company. The back-end of things was where I programmed full-stack systems and used my programming skills to develop a MVP-level mock web-application to present DBMS to C-suite executives in the board-level within INNOVIOR. The company is located in Nairobi, specifically in Kenya: https://www.innoviorafrica.com/#Contact.
Project Context
The products I worked with were Oracle Netsuite & Microsoft Dynamics 365, I was also exposed to a lot of the components in Full Stack Software Engineering, DBMS & Edge Computing. I learnt how to break concepts down to a degree that would enable stakeholders to properly understand the ideas as my target users & customers were Onboarding new potential users along with Research & Development for MVP Edge Programming. The main business purpose for my role was in the ROI strategy, buyer transformation and applied technical systems for data storage. The main goal of my internship was to create a fully functional full stack MVP featuring Edge data storage & propagation.
